So, let me pose you this thought…if a worker turned in their expense form to the accounting department, should the accounting team then verify the submission of the form?
You wouldn't think anything of it...after all, this person is a trusted member of the organisation. However, what if the person showed signs of discontent and disregard of organisation rules, would you then verify the form?
